Good to know
- Upfront projects are paid in five milestones: kickoff, design approval, build, revisions and launch.
- Monthly plans can end early by paying the remaining build balance within 30 days.
- Your site is yours once everything is paid. I keep only the general tools and templates I reuse across projects.
- Platform subscriptions, themes, plugins and similar services are in your name and paid directly, so you always own your accounts.
- Writing your site's text is available for a quoted fee. Most clients provide their own text and photos.
- No ranking promises. Every site follows search engine guidelines, but nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.
- A small "Site by Pollard & Co" credit sits in the footer, and the work may appear in my portfolio.
